As a pharmacy technician, I experienced firsthand how well-designed software can streamline workflows, reduce errors, and even save lives. That experience inspired me to pursue computer science at a community college, where I later joined the grants department as a data processing assistant. Managing patient records, processing insurance claims, and overseeing large datasets showed me the transformative power of technology, and sparked my desire to create tools that have the same impact. Today, I combine resilience, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to tackle challenges and build meaningful products.
