Resilient Coders is a registered 501(c)(3) organization training underrepresented talent for careers as software engineers.
The fellows are recruited from Boston, Philly, NYC, and neighboring cities, through a competitive process (about 11% acceptance rate), and they receive a rigorous 18-week full-stack engineering fellowship with project milestones every three weeks to measure job readiness.
Demo Day is the culmination of their hardwork, an opportunity to share how their backbround and experiences shape the engineer they are today.
After Demo Day, fellows kick off their job search while continue preparing for the modern AI-workplace. The next phase of their training will deepen their tech stack, including evaluating AI models, training, and experimentation, as well as AI tools and integrations, and collaborating as an engineering team to ship a fully fuctional product.
In 2025-2026, fellows accepted roles at a range of industries, including Accenture, AirBnB, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Meketa Investments, Liberty Mutual, and more.

Yes! If you are a hiring manager or tech leader, you can sign up for our Mock Interview Days, where each volunteer is paired with two fellows for individual rounds. The Experience-Based Interviews (Behavioral) is scheduled for October 29th and Technicals for November 17th. Many of our hiring and community partners get involved this way, and if they are actively hiring, they use this opportunity to scout for talent!
This an opportunity for engineering managers, recruiters, and the broad tech ecosystems to connect with top talent. The event is also open to the Resilient Coders community of funders, mentors, and supporters.
