What is the mentor commitment?

You can get involved in two main ways: Drop by our virtual community hours and contribute however feels natural to you. Work together to debug a feature, talk through a project, practice for an upcoming interview. Think of it as working alongside future colleagues navigating their journey into tech. Or, you can join one of our career events to support fellows with their professional narrative, think mock interviews, LinkedIn critiques, resume reviews, etc.

Resilient Coders is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
