testimonialsfrom our hiring partners

Audible (an Amazon subsidiary) is the leading producer and provider of premium audio storytelling – as well as a mission-driven company that Activates Caring to create opportunities in pursuit of a more equitable society. We began working with Resilient Coders over five years ago to create avenues for emerging talent while simultaneously delivering more value to Audible’s customers. We started by volunteering during their bootcamp programs and then evolved to hiring talent into one-year apprenticeships with Audible. At the end, many stayed on as Software Development Engineers. They have become key members of our team, showing diligence, perseverance and dedication, and are continuing to grow their skills. Their efforts have helped impact millions of Audible customers!

"As someone who’s mentored Resilient Coders talent for years and later hired several of their alumni, I’ve had the unique perspective of seeing their process from both sides. The engineers who come through this program stand out not just for their technical skills and potential, but for their curiosity, resilience, and commitment to growth. They approach challenges with confidence, collaborate across disciplines, and quickly become the kind of colleagues who elevate everyone around them. Resilient Coders doesn’t just train developers, they cultivate engineers who lead, mentor, and make a lasting impact not only within their companies but across the tech industry as a whole"

Working with the professionals that emerge from Resilient Coders has been a positive experience for MacguvyerTech. They come to us ready to contribute, willing to tackle challenges, and able to collaborate with our existing teams right away. The versatility and range of languages and frameworks they already know makes it easy for them to hit the ground running. And since MacguyverTech is focused on applying cutting edge software tools to solve business problems, they get to continue their learning and exploration of what's technologically next. We are grateful to be a part of the Resilient Coders community.
